Are there any restrictions on gathering in England during the COVID-19 pandemic?

You can make a personal choice on whether to keep a social distance from other people, but you should still be cautious.

  • You must agree to our terms and conditions prior to the hire as these won't be signed on a paper copy as we normally do, again this is to reduce the risk of contact.
  • The inflatable will be disinfected upon collection and then sanitised and cleaned again before being hired again.
  • You must inform us upon booking if anyone in your household is showing symptoms of Corona Virus or have had symptoms in the past 14 days.
  • If any member of the household start to develop symptoms of the Corona Virus during the hire period then the use of the inflatable must cease and we must be informed of this immediately.

What do you have to do now if you test positive for Corona Virus?

Everyone has to complete five full days in isolation. You can take a lateral flow test on day five and again on day six. If both are negative you can end isolation. If you test positive on either day five or six you must continue to self-isolate until you have two negative tests taken 24 hours apart or until day 10 – whichever comes first. NHS ADVICE - WHAT TO DO

During the hire period, it will still be good practice to wash hands regularly and use hand sanitiser where appropriate.

Our cleaning regime for inflatables is in line with current Health & Safety advice and our operating conditions are as advised by Coventry City Council. Our sanitising rinse used on inflatables and safety mats complies with BS EN 1276:2009 with a 30 second contact time killing 99.99% of germs. Our cleaning and disinfecting also includes a regime for our delivery vans. We also ensure good hygiene is adhered to before entering your garden and will wear Personal Protective Equipment as appropriate.
